We understand the special medications issues that accompany medications for those with severe and persistent mental illness (SPMI). Medication management is available through our licensed, board-certified psychiatrists and child psychiatrists. Some specialize in addictions treatment. Advanced practice nurses and other prescribing nurses are also on staff.
Psychiatrists are available to all clients of Arapahoe/Douglas Mental Network, including Turning Points, A Counseling & Psychiatric Practice. They provide consultation, evaluation and prescription of medications as appropriate.
Other services at Arapahoe/Douglas Mental Health Network include a fully staffed pharmacy and medication packing services.
