Arapahoe/Douglas Mental Health Network offers a wide variety of educational education classes for the public. As well, there are many classes that are open only to those who use our services. 

Free Screenings

We offer free in-person stress and life balance screenings at the 9Health Fair and in businesses (by arrangement only). We offer free online screenings for depression. anxiety, alcohol, bipolar that you can take right now!
